GentleEats is a mobile application designed to help users track their meals and symptoms to identify potential food triggers and intolerances. The app provides:

  • Meal logging and tracking capabilities
  • Symptom tracking and monitoring
  • AI-powered pattern analysis and insights
  • Personal health data management

IMPORTANT: GentleEats is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The information provided by the app is for educational and informational purposes only.

GentleEats offers both free and premium subscription features:

  • Subscription fees are charged to your iTunes account
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off
  • You can manage your subscription settings in your device's App Store settings
  • Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy

The GentleEats app, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by GentleEats and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GentleEats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the app.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to GentleEats immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will end immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GentleEats operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
